Jon is a leadership coach who partners with leaders at all levels – from senior executives to frontline supervisors – to help them succeed within the organizations they serve. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and an MBTI Certified practitioner, he has been a professional coach since 2001.
Jon’s coaching is grounded in more than three decades of leadership and organizational experience, including work in Organizational Development and Change Management with global and Fortune-level companies. This background allows him to understand not only the individual leader, but also the systems, culture, and dynamics that shape performance.

Jon has worked with organizations ranging from sole proprietorships to Fortune 50 companies, including FedEx, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Lennox International, The Kellogg Company (clients in five divisions), Terminix International, the U.S. Navy, Paragon Bank, Dairy Farmers of America, and other manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services organizations.
Prior to his coaching career, Jon worked in Organizational Development and Change Management roles, including consulting with Accenture and serving as a Continuous Improvement Manager for a Fortune 30 company.
Jon attended Delta State University and the University of Mississippi Graduate School of Journalism.
