Results, retention, and morale flourish in organizations that embrace accountability. Why? Because accountable individuals negotiate clear agreements, build strong partnerships and are more in control of outcomes. As a result, they are less stressed, more productive and more prepared to meet the challenges of shrinking resources and mounting expectations.
The Accountability Experience is a detailed, step-by-step program that helps participants discover the powerful personal and organizational benefits of individual accountability through a three-step process:
- Responsibility: Claiming ownership of a task
- Self-Empowerment: Taking personal action to complete the task
- Accountability: Answering for the outcome
Having gone through all the aspects, participants will get things done more effectively, feel a sense of accomplishment in their jobs, develop stronger, more positive relationships, and improve personal productivity.

When applying this knowledge in the workshop, participants will understand why they make the decisions they make and why conflicts can arise. They will see why others view the world differently and value different things in life. Attitudes will open an individual’s eyes to a new understanding of themselves and the people around them.
