Bill did an excellent job working to the goals I specified in my original conversation with him when I approached them with this workshop. I feel that his knowledge of my company and the general nature of my customers and team was a plus in helping us to work to viable action plan for improvement on my team. His facilitation never favored (or made an example of) a particular participant, so it was clear that no one took the information shared too personally. He was clearly objective and led the group to an effective action plan that we all feel ownership towards. Bill Burtch, Harmony Coaching & Consulting, led our leadership team as well as one of tour office’s staff through a teambuilding program using the DISC Teambuilding assessment instrument. We truly enjoyed both sessions and they have had a significant impact on the teams. We have the posters & charts posted, and the staff are still making a conscious effort to work more effectively together. The doctors have made a very concentrated effort, which has gone a long way. I have had several mention Dr,”X’s” “Hello” each morning & Dr. “Y” smiles a lot & seems more at ease with everyone. Even when Dr.”Z” asked the near impossible from his nurse, he at least told her “I know this drives you crazy, however…”. She said that at least she knows that he realizes he is requesting a lot. The words “seems like a different person since the team-building session” have come from more than one & have been expressed about different people. I definitely feel the sessions were worthwhile.
Bill has worked with our Marketing & Sales Team over the last 18 months helping to develop and facilitate our annual Strategic Planning Meetings. These meetings came in the midst of merging two companies into one. His preparation, attention to details, creativity, and facilitation skills brought tremendous value to the meetings and to the team. Bill utilized team-building assessment tools to help the team understand their individual behavioral styles and how to work more effectively as a team. Bill’s efforts have made a significant contribution to the growth of our team. Post-meeting surveys show team members give Bill very high marks…many now just consider him part of the team!
