
Sharna is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with 25 years of experience in coaching individuals and organizations. Her roles include executive coach, trainer, educator, speaker, and consultant.
Sharna coaches executive clients to identify and align with their core values, set and achieve goals, and uncover their most authentic and fulfilling lives. She facilitates higher levels of organizational effectiveness through meaningful dialogue, inquiry, and positive Interactions.
Sharna focuses on enhancing leadership skills for high-potential individuals and supports the success of newly promoted leaders by fostering self-awareness, self-management, informed choice, competence, and overall well-being.
She collaborates with corporations eager to invest in both emerging and established leaders, enhance communication, boost team effectiveness, and integrate essential coaching elements into their organizations. Known for her extensive experience, collaborative approach, and engaging learning style, Sharna delivers impactful outcomes for her clients.
Before establishing her practice, Sharna spent over ten years as a manager and general manager at Marriott, including three years as a national recruiter who helped develop the company’s first college recruitment program.
A proud graduate of Washington State University, Sharna trained at both the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and the renowned leadership training organization Co-Active Space. She is a member of the International Coach Federation. Originally from Colorado, Sharna has called San Francisco home for nearly 30 years and currently divides her time between San Francisco, Denver, Maui, and wherever warm weather and excellent golf can be found.
