The Coaching & Communication Development Program
(CCSDP) equips leaders with the practical skills needed to strengthen communication, build trust, and coach employees toward stronger performance and engagement.
Through workshops, individual coaching, peer learning, and 360° feedback, participants develop leadership behaviors that create lasting impact across teams and organizations.

Program Components
The program combines learning, practice, and coaching to support lasting leadership development.
Coaching Skills Workshop
A 1.5 to 2-day interactive workshop introducing leaders to a practical coaching framework and the 5-Step Coaching Conversation Model. Participants learn how to create a coaching environment and support employee development through everyday leadership conversations.
Group Communication Skills Workshop
A 1.75-day workshop focused on strengthening leaders’ ability to communicate clearly with teams. Participants learn to organize information effectively, deliver messages that motivate action, and practice presenting to groups.
Individual Coaching
Participants receive 24 hours of individual coaching to help translate program learning into real-world leadership practice. Coaching sessions focus on strengthening communication, coaching skills, and addressing current leadership challenges.
Peer Learning Pods
Facilitated monthly group coaching sessions provide a forum for leaders to share experiences, deepen learning, and support one another as they apply new skills in their roles.
360° Communication Assessment
Participants complete a Workplace Communication Assessment at the beginning and end of the program. Feedback from managers, peers, and direct reports provides insight into growth in areas such as communication effectiveness, trust, collaboration, and influence.
